稳心颗粒与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗对冠心病心律失常患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究在为冠心病动态心电图监测结果心律失常患者实施治疗的过程中稳心颗粒与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片的应用效果。方法 本次试验研究的98例对象均随机选自于2018年3月至2019年3月在我院接受冠心病心律失常治疗的患者,采用动态随机单双号分组原则将其分为两组,其中给予稳心颗粒与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗的49例患者作为联合组,给予单一琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗的49例患者作为单一组。结果 联合组患者治疗有效率、并发症发生率分别为97.96%、4.08%;单一组患者治疗有效率、并发症发生率分别为85.71%、20.41%,在治疗有效率和并发症发生概率的比较上,联合组患者与单一组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在为冠心病心律失常患者实施治疗的过程中稳心颗粒与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合治疗方式的运用,可以提高治疗有效率与质量,避免了各种并发症出现对患者造成的影响,治疗效果显著且安全性高。Objective To study the effect of Wenxin granules and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets during the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods The 98 subjects in this experimental study were randomly selected from patients who received coronary heart disease arrhythmia treatment in our hospital between March 2018 and March 2019. It is divided into two groups using the dynamic random single and double number grouping principle. In the two groups, 49 patients were treated with Wenxin granule and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets as a combined group, and 49 patients treated with single metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets were treated as a single group. Results The effective rate and complication rate of the combined group were 97.96% and 4.08%, respectively. The treatment efficiency and complication rate of patients in the single group were 85.71% and 20.41%, respectively. In terms of the treatment efficiency and complication probability, there were statistical differences between the combined group and the single group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of implementation of treatment for arrhythmia in coronary heart disease patients Wenxin granule and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets the use of combined treatment, can improve the treatment efficiency and quality, to avoid the impact of various complications of patients, treatment effect and high safety.
