针灸对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 分析在为糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗过程中实施针灸的应用效果。方法 本次试验研究对象的选取时间为2018年10月至2019年10月,共包括在我院接受糖尿病周围神经病变的患者92例,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分为两组,其中接受常规基础治疗的46例患者作为对照组,在常规治疗基础上加用针灸治疗的46例患者作为试验组,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 与对照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗有效率相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前糖代谢情况和运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度的比较上,两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后糖代谢情况和运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度的比较上,试验组患者明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗基础上加用针灸作为糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗方法,可有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者的糖代谢情况,提高患者的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度。Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The selection period of this experimental study was from October 2018 to October 2019. A total of 92 patients who received diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were included. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, of which 46 patients who received conventional basic therapy were used as the control group, and 46 patients who were treated with acupuncture on the basis of conventional basic therapy were used as the experimental group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with patients in the control group, the treatment efficiency of the experimental group was relatively high, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the comparison of glucose metabolism, motor nerve transmission speed, and sensory nerve conduction speed before treatment. Significance(P>0.05);after treatment, glucose metabolism, motor nerve transmission speed, and sensory nerve conduction speed In comparison, the differences between the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with conventional basic therapy as a treatment method for patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the glucose metabolism of patients, increase the speed of motor nerve transmission, and the speed of sensory nerve conduction. The value of extensive clinical promotion.
