摘　　要：目的 分析予以长期血液透析患者心理护理干预对其心理情绪和生活质量的影响。方法 采用整群抽样法抽选2019年1~12月本院收治的长期血液透析患者共64例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组(予以常规护理)与观察组(于对照组基础上加以心理护理干预),各32例,统计并比较两组护理前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及简单健康调查量表(SF-36)评分情况。结果 护理前,两组的SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS及SDS评分比对照组更低(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的SF-36各维度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SF-36各维度评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 对长期开展血液透析的患者加以心理护能改善其不良情绪和生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of long-term psychological nursing intervention on psychological emotion and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 64 patients with long-term hemodialysis admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected by cluster sampling. According to the method of digital table, 32 patients were randomly divided into control group(given routine nursing)and observation group(given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of control group). The SAS, SDS and Jane of the two groups before and after nursing were compared scores of single health survey scale(SF-36). Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing, the SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention for patients with longterm hemodialysis has a significant effect, which can improve their bad psychological mood and improve their quality of life, and it is worth using.
