乳腺癌化疗期胃肠道反应的针对性心理护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的 分析乳腺癌疾病特点、化疗期间患者的相关护理需求,探究乳腺癌化疗期胃肠道反应的护理干预效果。方法 此次研究对象均为乳腺癌患者,均行化疗治疗。选取2017年7月至2019年7月我院收治的104例乳腺癌人员纳入研究中,此后需完成小组划分,所用方式为随机数字表法,均分成观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组患者采用常规心理护理、帮助患者完成化疗管理、对患者进行生活指导等。观察组患者在对照组基础上采用针对性心理护理干预。对比两组患者的护理效果,即护理不良事件发生率及对护理服务是否满意。结果 在进行不良事件发生率这一结果对比中,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);在询问患者是否满意护理服务间可见,观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对性心理护理干预措施应用到乳腺癌化疗期护理之中,可有效规避各类胃肠道反应等不良事件的出现,并且更受患者认可。Objective To analyze the characteristics of breast cancer and the related nursing needs of patients during chemotherapy, and to explore the effect of nursing intervention on gastrointestinal reactions during chemotherapy. Methods The subjects of this study were all breast cancer patients who were treated with chemotherapy. 104 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected to be included in the study. After that, the group division was completed. The method used was random number table, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received routine psychological care, helped patients complete chemotherapy management, and gave life guidance to patients. The patients in the observation group were given targeted psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared, namely, the incidence of nursing adverse events and whether they were satisfied with nursing services. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing interventions applied to the nursing of breast cancer during chemotherapy can effectively avoid the occurrence of various adverse events such as gastrointestinal reactions, and are more recognized by patients.
