细节护理在小儿支气管镜检查术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 分析细节护理在小儿支气管镜检查术中的应用效果。方法 筛选本院2019年3月至2020年2月收治的80例行支气管镜检查患儿为研究对象。以随机、单盲法分组,各40例。在检查过程中,给予常规护理的患儿纳入对照组,给予常规护理基础上的细节护理患儿纳入观察组,对比分析两组护理干预效果。结果 观察组支气管进镜成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组检查术持续时间较之对照组更短(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度较之对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组患儿检查中的不良反应发生率7.50%,对照组发生率20.00%,观察组指标较之对照组更低(P<0.05)。组间手术并发症发生率分析,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿支气管镜检查术中给予细节护理干预,可保证患儿依从性,提升支气管镜检查成功率,减少患儿在检查中发生的不良反应以及检查后并发症,检查安全性高。Objective To analyze the application effect of detail nursing in children bronchoscopy. Methods Eighty children undergoing bronchoscopy admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. In the process of checking, give the children included in the control group of conventional nursing gives details on the basis of conventional nursing care of children into the observation group. To compare and analyze the effect of nursing intervention between two groups. Results The success rate of bronchoscopy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), the duration of examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%, and that in the control group was 20.00%. The index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of surgical complications between groups was analyzed, and the index of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The detailed nursing intervention during bronchoscopy can ensure the compliance of children and improve the success rate of bronchoscopy. The adverse reactions occurred in the examination and the complications after the examination are relatively few, and the examination safety is high.
