摘  要:介绍了株洲市清水塘工业区某废渣场原位治理方案。结合废渣属性及场地条件,提出“垂直防渗帷幕+原位稳定化/固化+渗滤液收集处理+封场”方案。废渣治理后能有效控制Pb、Cd、As不迁移至外环境。初步核算重金属污染物减排量Pb 2598.48 t、Cd 7.31 t、As 1091.36 t。通过实施渗透系数1×10^(-7) cm/s、抗压强度2.0 MPa(28 d)的双排桩帷幕,可满足30 a渗透距离(0.95 m)。通过对渣场外围的地下水监测井进行采样分析,水质满足GB/T 14848—2017地下水质量标准Ⅲ类水质要求。研究可为我国同类废渣场的设计提供借鉴。The in-situ treatment scheme of a residue landfill in Qingshuitang Industrial Zone,Zhuzhou City was discussed.The properties of the waste residue and site conditions were considered,and the scheme of“vertical barriers+insitu stabilization/solidification+leachate collection and treatment+site closure”was proposed.After the industry residue treatment,the heavy metals such as Pb,Cd and As could be effectively immobilization.The preliminary calculation of the emission reduction of Pb,Cd,As was 2598.48 t,7.31 t,1091.36 t,respectively.The double-row vertical barriers with a permeability coefficient of 1×10^(-7) cm/s and a compressive strength of 2.0 MPa(28 d)could meet the penetration distance up to 30 years(0.95 m).The analysis results of the samples from the groundwater monitoring wells surrounding the slag landfill showed that the water quality met the requirements of class III of the GB/T 14848—2017 Standard for Groundwater Quality.The study could provide reference for the design of other similar cases in China.
