摘　　要：党的力量来自组织,组织建设关乎着党的建设质量。党的十九大以来,党的组织建设始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,坚决贯彻新时代党的建设总要求,认真落实新时代党的组织路线,推动党员理想信念更加坚定、党的组织体系更加坚强、党的干部素质更加过硬、党的人才优势更加凸显、党的战斗堡垒更加坚固。新时代党的组织建设宝贵经验集中体现为:必须始终坚持党的全面领导、坚持科学理论武装、坚持以人民为中心、坚持严密党的组织体系、坚持完善选人用人机制、坚持把制度建设贯穿始终,坚定不移锻造世界上最强大的马克思主义执政党,为确保党始终成为中国特色社会主义事业坚强领导核心、确保党团结带领中国人民以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴提供坚强保证。The Party’s strength comes from organization,and organizational building relates to the quality of party building.Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the Party’s organizational building has always upheld Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide,resolutely carried through the general requirements of party building for the new era,and carefully carried out the Party’s organizational line for the new era,so as to make the party members’ideal and faith more determined,the Party’s organizational system stronger,the qualities of the Party’s cadres higher,the Party’s talent advantage greater,and the Party’s battle fortress more undestroyable.The valuable experience of the Party’s organizational building for the new era is concentratedly embodied in the following:we must always uphold the Party’s overall leadership,stick to the arming of scientific theory,insist on the people centrism,persist in the Party’s rigorous organizational system,keep on improving the cadre selection and allocation mechanism,unceasingly do well the system construction,and unswervingly forge the world’s strongest Marxist ruling party,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the Party to remain the core leadership over the course of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to unite and lead Chinese people to advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through the Chinese-style modernization.
