摘　　要：聚焦电器电子产品及其包装物中再生材料的制造与应用,基于全球主要经济体循环经济产业政策、趋势和我国再生材料标准化进展,提出再生材料制造与应用全链条全过程标准体系建设思路,助力构建资源循环型电器电子产业。Focusing on the manufacturing and application of recycled materials in electrical and electronic products and their packaging materials,through the analysis of the industrial policies and trends of circular economy in major economies around the world,and the standardization analysis of recycled materials in China,the idea of building a whole chain and whole process standard system for the manufacturing and application of recycled materials is proposed to help build a resource recycling electrical and electronic industry.
