摘　　要：针对高效制冷机房当前的发展趋势,结合制冷机房的能效比,提出了高效制冷机房智能化技术设计方法,详细阐述了智能化建筑信息模型、智能化控制柜、机房自动化监控、可视化管理等技术,并对提升能效比产生的经济效益和节能收益进行探讨。通过智能化技术提升机房能效比,为建筑行业大规模应用提供参考。According to the current development trend of high efficiency refrigeration room,.Combined with the energy efficiency ratio of refrigeration room,The intelligent technology design method of high efficiency refrigeration room is proposed,The Building Information Model of intelligent,Intelligent control cabinet,automatic monitoring of machine room,Visual Management is elaborated,and the economic benefits and energy saving benefits of improving energy efficiency ratio are discussed,provides reference for large-scale application in construction industry.
