摘 要:目的 运用主成分分析法建立一种酒牛膝饮片均匀化工艺多指标综合评价方法,将其应用在酒牛膝饮片均匀化工艺的优选研究中。方法 以酒牛膝饮片出粉率、β-蜕皮甾酮、25R-牛膝甾酮、25S-牛膝甾酮为指标,应用主成分分析求得总因子得分(F),以F为综合指标,采用响应面法对酒牛膝饮片均匀化工艺中的投料量、打粉次数、每次打粉时间进行优化,确定最佳的酒牛膝均匀化工艺。结果 酒牛膝饮片均匀化工艺为投料量60 g,打粉次数3次,每次打粉时间20 s。结论 优化的酒牛膝均匀化工艺重现性好,同时主成分分析法可以为酒牛膝饮片均匀化工艺多指标评价的研究提供借鉴。Objective The main component analysis was used to establish a multi index comprehensive evaluation method for the homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine,which was applied to the optimization of the homogenization process of the Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine.Methods The powder yield of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine,β-Ecdysterone,25R Achyranthes bidentata and 25S Achyranthes bidentata were used as indicators,and the total factor score(F)was obtained by principal component analysis.With F as the comprehensive indicator,response surface methodology was used to optimize the feeding amount,powder beating times,and powder beating time for each time in the homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine to determine the best homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine.Results The homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine is as follows:the feeding amount is 60g,the number of powder beating is 3 times,and the time for each powder beating is 20s.Conclusion The optimized homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine is very reproducible.And the principal component analysis method can provide a reference for the research on the multi-index evaluation of the homogenization process of Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix Processed with Wine.
