摘 要:非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是全球最为常见的慢性肝病。大量的研究结果一致证实,氧化应激在肝脏疾病的发生和发展过程中起着核心作用。本文概述了诱导肝脏发生氧化应激的主要因素,氧化应激在NAFLD发病机制中的重要作用和可能的治疗靶点,以及防治NAFLD的潜在方法,旨在为今后防治NAFLD及相关疾病提供必要的思路,特别是为今后防控围产期奶牛能量负平衡等特殊生理状态引起的代谢疾病提供相应的参考依据。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is the most common chronic liver disease worldwide.A large number of studies have consistently confirmed that oxidative stress plays a central role in the occurrence and development of liver diseases.This paper summarized the main factors that induced oxidative stress in liver,the important role of oxidative stress in the pathogenesis of NAFLD and possible therapeutic targets,as well as the potential prevention and treatment methods of NAFLD,aiming to provide necessary ideas for the prevention and treatment of NAFLD and related diseases in the future,especially provide references for the prevention and control of metabolic diseases caused by special physiological states such as negative energy balance of perinatal dairy cows.
