摘  要:本试验旨在研究复合益生菌发酵饲料对哺乳羔羊营养物质表观消化率、血清生长相关激素含量、粪便消化酶活性、氨气含量及微生物菌群的影响。选择健康的15日龄湖羊48只,随机分为4组,每组12个重复,每个重复1只羊,试验1、2、3和4组羔羊均随母哺乳并分别饲喂添加0、5%、10%和15%发酵饲料的开食料,预试期5 d,正试期40 d。羔羊60日龄断奶并进行消化试验。断奶当天采集血液和粪便样品。结果表明:1)试验3组干物质(DM)采食量显著高于试验4组(P<0.05),极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01);试验2组显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组食入氮和消化氮显著高于试验2、4组(P<0.05),极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01);试验2、4组显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率显著高于试验2组(P<0.05),极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01);试验2、4组显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验2、3组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)表观消化率显著高于试验1组(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率显著高于试验1、4组(P<0.05)。试验2、3组总能(GE)表观消化率显著高于试验1、4组(P<0.05)。各组间粪氮和DM表观消化率无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)试验3组羔羊血清生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ含量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验2、3和4组羔羊血清胰岛素含量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。3)试验2、3和4组羔羊粪便中纤维素酶活性显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组粪便中脂肪酶(LPS)和胰蛋白酶(Try)活性显著高于试验2和4组(P<0.05),极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01);试验2、4组粪便LPS和Try活性显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3组粪便α-淀粉酶(α-AL)活性显著高于试验2、4组(P<0.05),极显著高于试验1组(P<0.01);试验4组粪便α-AL活性显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)。试验3、4组粪便氨气含量显著低于试验1组(P<0.05)。4)试验4组粪便乳酸杆菌数量显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);试验3、4组粪便双歧�The purpose of this study was to study the effects of compound probiotic fermented feed on apparent digestibility of nutrients,growth-related hormone contents in serum,activities of digestive enzymes in feces,ammonia content and microbial flora of nursing lambs.Forty-eight healthy 15-day-old Hu sheep were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 12 replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate.The lambs in the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th groups were fed 0,5%,10%and 15%fermented feed,respectively.The pre-feeding period was 5 days and the trial period was 40 days.The lambs were weaned at 60 days of age and carried out digested test.Blood and feces samples were collected on the day of weaning.The results showed as follows:1)the feed intake of dry matter(DM)in test group 3 was significantly higher than those in test group 4(P<0.05),very significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.01),and significantly higher in test group 2 than that in test group 1(P<0.05).The feed nitrogen and digested nitrogen in test group 3 were significantly higher than those in test groups 2 and 4(P<0.05),very significantly higher than test group 1(P<0.01),and significantly higher in test groups 2 and 4 than that in test group 1(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP)in test group 3 was significantly higher than that in test group 2(P<0.05)and very significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.01),and those in test groups 2 and 4 were significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)was significantly higher than those in test groups 1 and 4(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of gross energy(GE)in test groups 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that in test groups 1 and 4(P<0.05).There was no difference in the apparent digestibility of fecal nitrogen and DM among the test groups(P>0.05).2)The contents of serum growt
