摘 要:本试验旨在对110-160 kg生长期德州驴能量需要量进行研究。选取体重110 kg左右的6月龄德州驴30头,根据体重相近原则分为3个组(低能组、中能组和高能组),每组10个重复,每个重复1头。试验从体重110 kg左右开始,直到体重160 kg左右结束。试验共分为2期:试验Ⅰ期适应期15 d,正试期60 d;试验Ⅱ期适应期20 d,正试期30 d。试验Ⅰ期前30 d定额饲喂,后30 d自由采食;试验Ⅱ期自由采食。试验Ⅰ期低能组、中能组和高能组的饲粮消化能分别为9.51、10.05和12.36 MJ/kg;试验Ⅱ期低能组、中能组和高能组的饲粮消化能分别为10.61、10.95和11.82 MJ/kg。结果表明:1)110-160 kg生长期德州驴在采食3种能量水平饲粮时,高能组对总能消化率(DE/GE)以及干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、无氮浸出物(NFE)、碳水化合物(CHO)和中性可溶性碳水化合物(NDSC)表观消化率均显著高于中能组和低能组(P<0.05)。2)不同能量水平饲粮对110-160 kg生长期德州驴的平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)影响显著(P<0.05)。3)不同能量水平饲粮对110-160 kg生长期德州驴的DE/GE和总能代谢率(ME/GE)影响显著(P<0.05),对代谢能/消化能(ME/DE)影响不显著(P>0.05)。综合本试验结果得出,110-160 kg生长期德州驴能量需要量模型分别为:消化能需要量(DER,kJ)=541.07W^(0.75)+23.78ADG(r=0.9965,n=90,P<0.01);代谢能需要量(MER,kJ)=511.23W^(0.75)+22.21ADG(r=0.9904,n=90,P<0.01),W^(0.75)为代谢体重。The objective of this experiment was to investigate the energy requirement of Dezhou donkeys during 110 to 160 kg growing period.Thirty 6-month-old Dezhou donkeys with body weight about 110 kg were divided into 3 groups(low energy group,medium energy group and high energy group)according to the principle of similar body weight,each group contained 10 replicates and 1 donkey in each replicate.The experiment started with the body weight about 110 kg and ended with the body weight about 160 kg.The experiment divided into two phases:the adaptation period of test phaseⅠwas 15 days,and the trial period was 60 days;the adaptation period of test phaseⅡwas 20 days,and the trial period was 30 days.During the test phaseⅠ,donkeys were fed with a fixed amount of diet in first 30 days of,and free feeding in last 30 days;During the test phaseⅡ,donkeys were free feeding.During the test phaseⅠ,the dietary digestible energy of low energy group,medium energy group and high energy group were 9.51,10.05 and 12.36 MJ/kg,respectively.During the test phaseⅡ,the dietary digestible energy of low energy group,medium energy group and high energy group were 10.61,10.95 and 11.82 MJ/kg,respectively.The results showed as follows:1)when the Dezhou donkeys during 110 to 160 kg growing period were fed with 3 kinds of energy level diets,the gross energy digestibility(DE/GE)and apparent digestibility of dry matter(DM),organic matter(OM),nitrogen free extract(NFE),carbohydrate(CHO)and neutral soluble carbohydrate(NDSC)of high energy group were significantly higher than those of low energy group and medium energy group(P<0.05).2)Diets with different energy levels had significant effects on the average daily gain(ADG)and feed to gain ratio(F/G)of Dezhou donkeys during 110 to 160 kg growth period(P<0.05).3)Diets with different energy levels had significant effects on the DE/GE and gross energy metabolic rate(ME/GE)of Dezhou donkeys during 110 to 160 kg growth period(P<0.05),while had no significant effect on metabolizable energy/digestive e
