融媒体时代高校广播电视人才的培养探究

摘  要:融媒体时代,广播电视人才不仅要具备扎实的专业功底,还要具备强大的融媒体素养和高水平的复合型技能,如此才能满足融媒体时代广播电视传媒单位对人才的需求。但当前高校课程设置不合理、育人理念落后、融合型实践教学平台缺乏及师资队伍不完善等,都造成广播电视人才的培养无法满足融媒体时代发展的需求。为此,高校和广播电视学专业教师要以融媒体时代的发展要求为依据,弱化专业课程的界限、更新育人理念,以顺应媒介融合的发展趋势,同时还应寻求与广播电视传媒单位的合作,共建融合型实践教学平台、优化教师队伍建设,为培养广播电视人才的融合型实践技能和综合素养奠定基础。In the era of convergent media, radio and television talents must not only have a solid professional foundation, but also have strong convergent media literacy and high-level composite skills, so as to meet the needs of radio and television media units for talents in the convergent media era. However, the current university curriculum is unreasonable, the concept of educating people is backward, the lack of integrated practical teaching platforms, and the imperfect teaching staff, etc., all make the training of radio and television talents unable to meet the needs of the development of the convergent media era. For this reason, teachers of colleges and universities and radio and television majors should, based on the development requirements of the era of integrated media, weaken the boundaries of professional courses and update the concept of education, so as to conform to the development trend of media integration, and should also seek cooperation with radio and television media units. Cooperate to build an integrated practical teaching platform, optimize the construction of the teaching team, and lay the foundation for the training of integrated practical skills and comprehensive quality of radio and television talents.
