高校外籍教师跨文化管理工作的对策研究

摘　　要：在各国文化交流频率逐渐增强的背景下,中西方文化交流也越来越频繁,跨文化交流为国内学生提供优质教育资源和学习环境的同时,为了更好地满足中外教学环境下外籍教师教学需求,推动高校教学高质量发展,积极探索外籍教师跨文化教学管理工作是必要的。本文以高等院校外籍教师为分析对象,从当前外籍教师跨文化教学的基本情况入手,分析影响外籍教师开展跨文化教学工作的影响因素,并提出优化教学管理对策,以建立高质量的外向型的人才队伍,促进高校学子综合素质水平的提升,有效提升高等院校外籍教师的跨文化教学能力与水平,为我国人才培养提供借鉴意义。Under the background of increasing cultural exchange frequency, Chinese and western cultural exchanges are more and more frequent, cross-cultural exchanges for domestic students to provide quality education resources and learning environment at the same time, in order to better meet the foreign teachers teaching environment, promote the development of college teaching quality, actively explore foreign teachers cross-cultural teaching management is necessary. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of foreign teachers, starting from the basic situation of cross-cultural teaching, and proposes the teaching management countermeasures to establish the high quality export-oriented talent team, promote the promotion of the comprehensive quality level, and effectively improve the cross-cultural teaching ability and level of foreign teachers in colleges and universities.
