美国对华反倾销对中国上市公司生产率的影响分析

摘　　要：中美对抗在贸易领域尤为激烈,分析贸易摩擦对我国企业生产率的影响,具有重要现实意义。鉴于此,基于2010—2015年美国对华反倾销涉案企业数据,采用Malmquist指数法测算全要素生产率,通过广义矩估计方法(GMM)从微观层面分析了美国对华反倾销对我国出口上市公司生产率的影响。实证结果显示,在短期内,国外对华反倾销对技术进步指数和技术效率指数都具备正向影响,促进我国出口企业生产率的提升。但在长期来看,持续性的反倾销措施会给我国出口企业带来负面影响。The confrontation between China and the United States is particularly fierce in the field of trade.It is of great practical significance to analyze the impact of trade friction on Chinese enterprise productivity.In view of this,this paper uses Malmquist index method to measure the total factor productivity based on the data of Chinese enterprises involved under US anti-dumping against China from 2010 to 2015,and analyzes the impact of US anti-dumping on the productivity of Chinese export listed companies from the micro level through Generalized moment estimation(GMM).The empirical results show that in the short term,foreign anti-dumping against China has a positive impact on technology progress index and technology efficiency index,thus promoting the productivity of Chinese export enterprises.But in the long run,the continuous anti-dumping measures will bring negative effects to our export enterprises.
