摘　　要：螺杆铣床作为螺杆加工的专用卧式机床,广泛应用于工业生产。基于实际工况需求,对用于螺杆铣床的分体式链板排屑器及水箱进行了设计。在设计中,进行了输送量计算、驱动电机选型、链条选型、链条长度计算、水泵选型、主轴轴承选型等工作。还给出了螺杆铣床分体式链板排屑器及水箱的应用效果。As a special horizontal machine fool for screw processing,screw milling machine is widely used in industrial production. Based on the actual working requirement,the split scraping belt chip conveyor and water tank for screw milling machine were designed. In the design,the calculation of conveying quantity,the selection of the drive motor,the selection of the chain,the calculation of the chain length,the selection of the water pump,the selection of the spindle bearing and other work were carried out. The application effect of the split scraping belt chip conveyor and water tank for screw milling machine was also given.
