摘 要:在光伏压延玻璃的生产过程中,玻璃的压延成型过程完全处于作业环境中,导致高温玻璃液在经过压延后,进入到退火窑时玻璃板温差过大。在退火过程中,玻璃内部残存的永久应力过大,经过切裁和堆垛之后,玻璃边部出现不同程度的自爆现象。为了降低自爆玻璃的产生,通过分析退火过程中玻璃横纵向和厚度方向的温度变化,合理控制退火窑温度制度,减小玻璃残存的应力,使玻璃退火正常,自爆率减少,保证深加工正常使用。In the production process of photovoltaic calendered glass,the calendering process of glass is completely in the working environment,resulting in a large temperature difference between the glass plates when the high-temperature glass liquid enters the annealing kiln after calendering.During the annealing process,the residual permanent stress inside the glass is too large,and after cutting and stacking,the edge of the glass has different degrees of self-explosion.In order to reduce the production of self-explosion glass,by analyzing the temperature changes in the horizontal,vertical and thickness directions of the glass during the annealing process,the temperature system of the annealing kiln is reasonably controlled,and the residual stress of the glass is reduced,so that the glass is annealed normally,and the self-explosion rate is reduced,so as to ensure the normal use of deep processing.
