摘　　要：由于玻璃熔窑燃烧温度较高等原因,造成小炉底板烧损垮塌,致使熔窑使用寿命未能达到设计年限,出现被迫提前放玻璃水停产冷修的局面。为避免小炉底板垮塌进一步恶化引发更大的窑炉安全隐患或生产事故,企业通过多年的摸索与实践,总结出了一套可靠的小炉底板垮塌在线热补抢修工艺方法,以延长窑炉使用寿命。Due to various reasons such as the combustion system of the glass furnace,the bottom plate of the small furnace collapses,shortens the service life of the furnace and fails to reach the design life.It is forced to discharge glass water in advance to stop production for cold repair.In order to avoid further deterioration of the collapse of the bottom plate of the small furnace,which will lead to more potential safety hazards or production accidents of the furnace,the enterprise has summarized a set of reliable online hot repair process methods for the collapse of the bottom plate of the small furnace through exploration and practice,so as to lengthen the service life of the furnace.
