摘 要:通过对玻璃喷气钢化过程进行数值模拟,研究了玻璃在喷气钢化过程中的换热特性,并分析了射流速度、喷孔到玻璃距离、喷孔间距以及喷孔排布方式对玻璃降温规律及温度均匀性的影响。结果表明,射流速度的增加以及喷孔间距的减小能够明显增强玻璃的温差和温度均匀性;喷孔到玻璃的距离对玻璃降温规律不明显;采用正方形排布可以在玻璃中形成最大温差,但采用菱形排布使玻璃获得最佳温度均匀性。Numerically simulated the air-jet tempering process of glass,studied the heat transfer characteristics of the glass during the air-jet tempering process.And we analyzed the influence of the jet velocity,the distance from the nozzle to the glass,the nozzle spacing and the nozzle arrangement on the glass cooling law and temperature uniformity.As a result,the increase of the jet velocity and the decrease of the nozzle spacing can significantly enhance temperature difference and temperature uniformity of the glass;the distance from the nozzle to the glass has no obvious effect on the cooling law of the glass;A square arrangement of nozzles creates the greatest temperature difference in the glass,but a diamond arrangement gives the glass the best uniformity of temperature.
