摘 要:高铝硅酸盐玻璃具有优良的机械性能,被广泛地应用在触摸电子显示产品上,由于其氧化铝含量高,使得玻璃澄清过程困难。针对高铝硅酸盐玻璃的澄清问题进行探索,分别选择Al_(2)O_(3)/Al(OH)_(3)、MgO/MgCO_(3)/Mg(OH)_(2)、KNO_(3)/K2CO_(3)等三组原料,在固定的温度制度的情况下,对三组原料澄清效果进行比较,总结三组原料对高铝硅酸盐玻璃的澄清效果和规律。结果表明:使用Al(OH)_(3)替代Al_(2)O_(3),能够减少玻璃泡沫层厚度,加快澄清效果;使用MgCO_(3)/Mg(OH)_(3)替代MgO反而使玻璃液长时间存在气泡,导致玻璃液澄清困难;使用KNO_(3)替代K_(2)CO_(3),反应前期气泡增多,但后期澄清效果较好,也降低了玻璃液泡沫层厚度。High-alumina-silicon-glass has excellent mechanical properties and widely used in the touch screen electronic display products.Due to its high alumina content,it is difficult for the fining process of glass melts.In this paper,the fining effect of high-alumina-silicon-glass raw materials are explored.Three groups of raw materials(Al_(2)O_(3)/Al(OH)_(3)、MgO/MgCO_(3)/Mg(OH)_(2)、KNO_(3)/K_(2)CO_(3))are selected,in the research of fixed temperature but with different raw materials content the fining effect has been analyzed and compared,the clarification effects of the three groups of raw materials are compared.The clarification effects and rules of the three groups of raw materials on high alumina silicate glass are summarized.The results as follow:the Al(OH)_(3)can reduce the thickness of foam layer and increase the fining effect compared with Al_(2)O_(3);the MgCO_(3)/Mg(OH)_(2)make it difficult to fining the glass melts because of continuous bubbles;the KNO_(3)can also reduce the thickness of foam layer and fining the molten glass.
