摘  要:针对500 kV常规变电站3/2接线方式下保护死区内导线悬挂异物引起放电的问题,提出了硅橡胶护套包覆导线增大放电距离的方法。基于现场绝缘直接受设备间距离影响的实际情况,分析了加装电流互感器(CT)方案的局限性。通过材料选用、高导热性能分析、耐漏电起痕性能分析、厚度选择、安装工艺控制、电场仿真分析,提出紧凑型3/2接线方式硅橡胶护套包覆的保护死区解决方案,并通过试验结果验证了其可行性,为保护死区问题的解决提供理论基础和实践经验。In view of discharge due to foreign matter hanging in the wire in the protected dead zone in the 3/2 wiring mode of 500 kV conventional substation,a method of increasing the discharge distance of the silicon rubber sheathed wire is proposed.Based on the actual situation that the field insulation is directly affected by the distance between the equipment,the scheme limitations of adding current transformer(CT)are analyzed. Through selection of material,high thermal conductivity performance analysis,resistance leakage tracking performance analysis,selection of thickness,installation process control and electric field simulation analysis,the dead zone solution of compact 3/2wiring mode silicone rubber sheathing is proposed. Its feasibility is verified by the test results,which provides theoretical basis and practical experience on the solution of the protection of dead zone.
