摘 要:气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)是现代电力系统的重要组成部分,GIS内部一旦出现绝缘缺陷,极易造成设备故障,有效的局部放电检测手段可以提升GIS的安全性和可靠性。传统采样定理(奈奎斯特采样定理)对特高频局部放电信号进行采集时,会产生大量的无效信号,浪费存储空间,增加存储成本。压缩感知技术指出,信号在一定条件下能够以远低于奈奎斯特采样率的频率对信号进行采集,并且得到完整的信号。文中从压缩感知技术的原理出发,提出了一种新型局部放电采集方法——积分点火电路采集方法。通过仿真把积分点火电路运用于典型局部放电信号的采集与重构过程中,验证了算法的准确性和有效性。Gas insulated switchgear(GIS)is an important part of modern power system. Once the insulation defect occurs in GIS,it is easy to cause equipment failure. Effective partial discharge detection method can improve the security and reliability of GIS. When the traditional sampling theorem(Nyquist sampling theorem)collects UHF PD signals,a large number of invalid signals will be generated,which wastes storage space and increases storage cost.Compressed sensing technology indicates that the signal can be collected at a frequency far lower than Nyquist sampling rate under certain conditions,and the complete signal can be obtained. Based on the principle of compressed sensing technology,a new partial discharge acquisition method called integrated & fire acquisition method is proposed in this paper. The accuracy and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by applying the integrated & fire circuit to the reconstruction of a typical partial discharge signal.
