摘　　要：为保证电缆供电系统的安全稳定运行,需正确选择和使用电缆终端用绝缘油。基于工程中高压电缆充油终端实际运行中的常见问题,文中详细介绍了电缆终端用硅油/聚异丁烯的物理、化学及电气等方面的关键指标,并明确了绝缘油的主要性质与选择标准间的关系;基于现有绝缘油标准和部分实验结果,结合电缆终端所在区域的气候条件、运行环境、与固体绝缘介质间的相容性等方面,提出了绝缘油的选用原则;结合电缆终端现场制作可能遇到的环境条件,归纳了新油到货验收与现场注油等方面需重点关注的事项。文中所提出的绝缘油选用方法与准则,可为规范电缆终端绝缘油的选择与应用行为、提高电缆终端的运行可靠性提供参考。For assuring safe and stable operation of cable power supply system,it is necessary to choose and use insulating oil correctly for cable terminal. Based on the common problems of high-voltage oil-filled cable terminals in actual operation in the engineering,the key indicators of silicon oil/polyisobutene in physical,chemical and electrical aspects are introduced in detail and the relationship between the main properties of the insulating oil and the selection criteria is defined. The selection principle of insulating oil for high voltage cable terminals is proposed on the basis of standard of the insulating oil and partial experimental result in combination with the climatic conditions,operating environment in the area of the cable terminal as well as compatibility with solid insulating medium of the cable terminals. The incoming acceptance of new oil and the cautions the aspect of injecting oil at site are summarized in combination with the environmental condition encountered in site in case of making the cable terminal at site. The proposed selection method and criterion of insulating oil can provide reference for standardizing the selection and application of the insulating oil for cable terminals and improving the operation reliability of the cable terminals.
