五味子抗阿尔兹海默症的有效成分及其作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：五味子具有抗氧化、抗神经炎症、抗细胞凋亡、调节神经递质和微生物区系等广泛的神经系统作用。五味子含有多种有效成分能够抗阿尔兹海默症(AD)。近年来国内外对于五味子抗AD的研究较多,通过系统的对五味子抗AD的有效成分、作用机制和药对联用进行综述,为五味子在抗AD方面的药物研发和临床应用提供参考。Schisandra chinensis has a wide range of nervous system functions,such as anti-oxidation,anti-neuroinflammation,anti-apoptosis,regulation of neurotransmitters and microflora.Schisandra chinensis contains many effective components that can Against Alzheimer’s Disease(AD).In recent years,there are many studies on against AD of Schisandra chinensis at home and abroad.Through the effective components,mechanism of action and drug combination of Schisandra chinensis against AD are systematically reviewed to provide reference for drug development and clinical application of Schisandra chinensis against AD.
