摘 要:现有乳化沥青存在粘附施工车辆轮胎,导致层间粘结作用失效的缺陷。从提高乳化沥青蒸发残留物软化点出发,采用不同的基质沥青、改性剂及改性剂剂量制备了不粘轮乳化沥青。根据黏度-温度曲线,对加热温度等工艺参数进行了优化。结合乳化沥青标准黏度、储存稳定性及其蒸发残留物针入度等技术指标,分析了不粘轮乳化沥青的技术性质。通过粘轮性能试验检验了不粘轮乳化沥青的粘轮性能。相比普通乳化沥青和市场在售的SBR改性乳化沥青,在60℃条件下,其不粘轮效果显著,具有良好的工程实际应用价值。通过层间剪切与拉拔试验对3种乳化沥青层间粘结性能进行研究,分析了不同温度对乳化沥青粘结性能的影响程度。结果表明:在高温和室温环境下,不粘轮乳化沥青的拉拔强度和剪切强度均好于普通乳化沥青和SBR改性乳化沥青,不粘轮乳化沥青层间粘结强度更高,并且温度敏感性弱,稳定性较好,其层间粘结性能不会随温度变化有较大的波动,能够更好地适应不同温度的施工条件;不粘轮乳化沥青各项指标满足规范使用要求;不粘轮乳化沥青的总成本要略高于普通乳化沥青,但是不粘轮乳化沥青可以延长道路使用寿命,降低维修养护频率,达到节约石料和沥青,综合降低工程造价的目的,具有更好的性价比。The existing emulsified asphalt has the defect of adhesion to construction vehicle tires, which leads to the failure of interlayer adhesion. Starting from improving the softening point of evaporation residue of emulsified asphalt, non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt is prepared with different matrix asphalts, modifiers and their dosages. According to the viscosity-temperature curve, the process parameters such as heating temperature are optimized. Combining with the standard viscosity, storage stability and evaporation residue penetration of emulsified asphalt, the technical properties of non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt are analyzed. The wheel stick performance of non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt is tested by stick wheel performance test. Compared with ordinary emulsified asphalt and the SBR modified emulsified asphalt sold in market, its non-stick wheel effect is significant at 60 ℃,which has good engineering application value. The bonding performances of 3 kinds of emulsified asphalt are studied by interlaminar shear and pull-out tests, and the influence degrees of different temperatures on the bonding performance of emulsified asphalt are analyzed. The result shows that(1) at high temperature and indoor temperature, the pull-out strength and shear strength of non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt are better than those of ordinary emulsified asphalt and SBR modified emulsified asphalt, non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt has higher interlaminar bond strength, low temperature sensitivity and good stability, its interlaminar bonding performance will not fluctuate greatly with the change of temperature, and can better adapt to the construction conditions at different temperatures, its technical indicators meets the requirements of the specification;(2) the total cost of non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt is slightly higher than that of ordinary emulsified asphalt, but non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt can prolong the road service life and reduce maintenance frequency, which can achieve the purpose of saving agg
