摘 要:为研究纤维混合方法和纺纱方法对色纺纱色差的影响,将3种颜色的黏胶纤维分别通过散混、条混2种纤维混合方法,及环锭纺、转杯纺2种纺纱方法,加工成12组色纺纱样品并测试其色差。结果表明:改变纤维混合方法和纺纱方法导致的色差大多在0.5~3.0;改变纤维混合方法会使环锭纺纱线产生比转杯纺纱线高2倍以上的色差;改变纺纱方法造成的影响没有改变纤维混合方法造成的影响显著。研究结果可为色纺纱的纤维混合方法和纺纱方法的选择提供依据。In order to study the influence of fiber mixing method and spinning method on color difference of color spun yarn, 12 groups of color spun yarn samples are processed and their color difference is tested by means of two fiber mixing methods of bulk mixing and sliver mixing, and two spinning methods of ring spinning and rotor spinning. The results show that the color difference caused by changing fiber mixing method and spinning method is mostly 0.5~3.0;By changing the fiber mixing method, the color difference of ring spun yarn will be more than 2 times higher than that of rotor spun yarn;The influence caused by changing the spinning method is not as significant as that caused by changing the fiber mixing method. The research results can provide a basis for the selection of fiber mixing method and spinning method of color spinning.
