摘  要:以[2-(甲基丙烯酰基氧基)乙基]二甲基-(3-磺酸丙基)氢氧化铵(SBMA)、甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMSPMA)为单体,通过葡萄糖氧化酶引发乙烯基共聚和反应,制备一种抗菌防黏附整理剂Poly(TMSPMA-b-SBMA-b-DMAEMA)。采用浸渍-焙烘法将制备得到的整理剂整理到棉织物上。ATR-FTIR和EDS测试表明整理剂成功引入到棉织物上,SEM观察到整理织物纤维表面光滑。抗菌试验结果表明,该改性织物对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率均能达到99%以上。活/死细菌荧光显色结果表明,改性织物具有很好的防细菌黏附性能,防活细菌黏附率约为90%。The[2-(Methacryloyloxy)ethyl]dimethyl-(3-sulfopropyl)(SBMA),2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)and 3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate(TMSPMA)as monomer,and an antibacterial and anti-adhesion finishing agent Poly(TMSPMA-b-SBMA-b-DMAEMA)is prepared by ethylene copolymerization and reaction initiated by glucose oxidase.The prepared finishing agent is finished on the cotton fabric by the dipping-curing method.ATR-FTIR and EDS indicate that the finishing agent is successfully introduced into the cotton fabric.SEM observes that the surface of the finished fabric is smooth.The antibacterial experiment results show that the modified fabric has the bacteriostatic rate of over 99%against E.coli and S.aureus.The fluorescent color results of live/dead bacteria show that the modified fabric has good anti-bacterial adhesion performance.The adhesion rate of anti-live bacteria is about 90%.
