摘 要:通过表面接枝聚合的方法在棉织物表面接枝卤胺抗菌单体和磷酸酯阻燃单体,对棉织物表面进行红外光谱和扫描电镜测试,然后对接枝聚合前后棉织物的抗菌性能、阻燃性能、断裂强力、透气透湿性能和氯含量的可再生性能进行对比测试。结果发现:接枝聚合后的棉织物具有良好的阻燃性能,其极限氧指数为27.8%,续燃时间和阴燃时间缩短;抗菌效果优异,5 min内可使100%金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌失活;断裂强力、透气和透湿性能相比于原棉织物稍有下降,表面氯含量具有优异的可再生性。Halogen amine antibacterial monomer and phosphate ester flame retardant monomer are grafted on the surface of cotton fabric by surface grafting polymerization, and the surface of cotton fabric is tested by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Then the antibacterial performance, flame retardancy, breaking strength, air permeability and moisture permeability, and the renewable performance of chlorine content of cotton fabric before and after grafting polymerization are compared. The results show that the grafted cotton fabric has good flame retardancy with limiting oxygen index of 27.8% and shortened afterburning time and smoldering time, and excellent antibacterial effect of inactivating 100% Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli within 5 minutes. Compared with the original cotton fabric, the breaking strength, air permeability and moisture permeability are slightly reduced, and the surface chlorine content has excellent reproducibility.
