摘 要:基于目前中小学生心理弹性现状与问题,运用心理咨询的知识与技能,通过宣泄疗法、认知疗法、行为疗法、身心整合躯体疗法、焦点解决短期心理咨询等途径,建立家校合作机制,设计团体心理辅导活动,提升中小学生心理弹性的干预策略。In recent years,with the intensification of social competition and the pressure of continuous study burden,the detectable rate of various psychological problems of primary and secondary school students has shown an upward trend,which is related to their lack of psychological resilience.The new idea is to replace treatment with prevention.When students are at an early stage of suppressing emotions,by using the knowledge and skills of psychological counseling,we can to deal with their emotional problems in a timely manner through cathartic therapy,cognitive therapy,behavioral therapy,physical and mental integration therapy,focus on solving short-term psychological counseling,etc.We can establish a home-school cooperation mechanism,plan group psychological counseling activities,and explore the improvement strategy of psychological resilience of primary and secondary school students.
