摘  要:正交异性钢-UHPC组合桥面板是解决正交异性钢桥面板病害的有效手段,但现有施工工艺多采用蒸养工艺,工序繁多、施工周期较长。在对蒸养、免蒸养等不同UHPC试件进行强度试验、干燥收缩试验的基础上,对免蒸养UHPC钢桥面铺装层施工关键技术进行了分析,对免蒸养工艺的适用范围、工艺原理、施工流程、操作要点与质量控制等进行了详细论述。试验结果表明:免蒸养UHPC较蒸养UHPC力学性能和收缩性能有所降低,但均能满足设计和施工要求。在正交异性钢-UHPC组合桥面板施工过程中采用免蒸养UHPC可降低施工难度,免去蒸养设备及相关措施,减少施工环节,降低施工成本,具有良好的经济和社会效益。The orthotropic steel UHPC composite deck is an effective means to solve the disease of orthotropic steel deck.The existing construction process mostly adopts steam curing process and has various processes and long cycle.Based on the strength test and drying shrinkage test of different UHPC test blocks with steam curing and non-steam curing,this paper analyzes the key construction technologies of non-steam curing UHPC steel bridge deck pavement,and discusses the application scope,process principle,construction process,operation points and quality control.The results show that the mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of UHPC cured by wet curing(non steam curing)are lower than those of UHPC cured by steam curing,but both can meet the design requirements.During the construction of orthotropic steel UHPC composite bridge deck,non-steam curing can reduce the construction difficulty,eliminate steam curing equipment and relevant measures,reduce construction links or construction costs which has good economic and social benefits.
