摘  要:土压平衡盾构在黏土和岩石的复合地层中推进,会同时面临刀盘结泥饼和滚刀破岩2个难题。因此,为了研究黏土改良后的黏附效果和对滚刀的影响,以青岛地铁4号线某区间典型的粉质黏土和花岗岩复合地层为背景,通过现场取样和室内发泡试验,评价了泡沫和分散剂的性能,并基于改进的直剪试验分析了黏土改良前后对金属块的黏附强度;最后,进行了正常磨损和偏磨情况下的2组滚刀模型试验,通过反馈的扭矩参数和刀盘磨损质量分析了黏土对滚刀破岩及磨损的影响。研究结果表明,黏土经改良后黏聚力减小、强度明显降低,与金属块间的黏结强度也显著减小;同时,黏土的存在增加了滚刀自转的扭矩,而经分散剂改良后的黏土可以减轻这种负荷,进而降低了对滚刀的磨损。There are two problems for the earth pressure balance(EPB)shield in the clay-rock composite stratum.One is cutterhead clogging and the other is rock breaking with hobs.In order to study the adhesion and influence on hobs of modified clay,a typical composite stratum of silty clay and granite in the section of Qingdao Metro Line 4 was taken as an example.The properties of foam and dispersant were evaluated by field and lab test.Based on the improved direct shear test,the adhesion strength of clay with metal surface before and after modifying was analyzed;Finally,two groups of hob model tests were carried out under normal wear and partial wear conditions.The influence of clay on rock breaking and wear of hobs was analyzed by the tested torque and cutter head wearing mass.The results show that the adhesion and strength of the modified clay decrease obviously,and the bonding strength with the metal blocks also decreases significantly;The presence of clay increases the torque with hob rotation.The clay modified by dispersant can reduce the load which is beneficial to reduce hob wear.
