摘  要:数字化时代,人们生活质量的提高,使得购物车的设计更趋于智能化、人性化。结合服务设计思维探讨人机交互设计模型在超市智能购物车中的应用,绘制用户购物体验流程图,合理运用设计行为学、心理学和交互设计等产品设计方法,对用户进行洞察、聚类和行为分析,搭建超市购物服务系统,建立人机交互设计模型。文章结合用户的消费心理、购物反馈和人机交互设计要素等,验证人机交互模型在智能产品中重要性,对新数字时代下的产品设计进行了全新的诠释,赋予新的设计内涵,完善人与机器的交互体验。用新的视角满足了用户对智能化产品的需求,增强了人-机-环境之间的互动性,优化了用户购物体验过程。In the digital era, the improvement of people’s quality of life makes the design of shopping cart more intelligent and humanized. Combined with service design thinking, the application of human-computer interaction design model in supermarket intelligent shopping cart is discussed. The article draws the user shopping experience flow chart and uses design behavior, psychology and interaction design product design methods to explore users’ insight, and analyzes clustering and behavior, builds supermarket shopping service system, establish human-computer interaction design model.The article combines users’ consumer psychology, shopping feedback and human-computer interaction design elements, verifies the importance of human-computer interaction model in intelligent products, making a new interpretation of the product design in the new digital era and gives new design connotation, and improves the interactive experience between people and machines. The new perspective can meet users’ needs for intelligent products,enhance the interaction between people, machine and environment, and optimize the process of user shopping experience.
