摘 要:针对铁矿山尾矿库中大量的尾矿细粉,研究铁尾矿细粉对混凝土性能的影响。选择不同比例的铁尾矿细粉和矿渣粉复合,在低水泥熟料体系下制备C30和C50混凝土,研究铁尾矿细粉对混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性的影响,并利用扫描电镜观察混凝土内部结构。研究表明,当铁尾矿细粉和矿渣粉的比例为3∶7时,混凝土有较好的流动性,力学强度最佳,C30和C50混凝土的360d抗压强度分别达47.8MPa和74.9MPa,混凝土抗碳化和抗氯离子侵蚀能力与单掺矿渣粉混凝土相当,水化产物较多,微观结构致密。Aiming at a large amount of tailings powder in an iron ore tailings pond,the influence of tailings powder on concrete performance was studied.C30concrete and C50concrete were prepared with different proportions of iron tailings powder and slag powder in low cement clinker system.The influence of iron tailings powder on working performance,mechanical properties and durability of concrete was studied.The internal structure of concrete was observed by scanning electron microscope.The research shows that when the ratio of iron tailings powder to slag powder is 3∶7,the concrete has a good fluidity and a high later compressive strength.The compressive strength of C30concrete and C50concrete at 360days is 47.8MPa and 74.9MPa,respectively.The abilities of anti carbonization and anti chloride ion corrosion of the new concretes are equivalent to that of the concrete mixed with slag powder alone,with more hydration products and dense microstructure.
