摘  要:中国钢渣排放量巨大,且尚未得到有效回收利用。某转炉钢渣中铁含量较高,有用矿物主要为金属铁和氧化铁相,以块状或长条状嵌布在钢渣中,可磨性差。基于对原矿性质和细粒级有用矿物嵌布状态的研究,采用磨矿分级-弱磁选的工艺流程,可分级出+0.5mm粒级磨矿产品,得到品位92.80%、回收率56.90%的铁精矿1。再将-0.5mm粒级试样在磁场强度120kA/m条件下湿式磁选,得到品位54.73%、回收率11.31%的铁精矿2。相比于传统的磨矿-磁选工艺,利用矿物硬度的差异,将合格产品及时选出,大大节约了能源,降低了选矿成本,具有一定的工业推广价值。China’s steel slag emissions are huge and lack of effective recovery and utilization.A certain converter steel slag has a relatively high iron content.The useful minerals are mainly metallic iron and iron oxide phases,which are embedded in the steel slag in the form of blocks or strips,and the grindability is poor.Based on the study of ore properties and dissemination state of fine-grained useful minerals,the grinding classification-weak magnetic separation process is adopted,and the grinding products+0.5mm fraction can be timely classified to obtain iron concentrate 1with a grade of 92.80%and a recovery rate of 56.90%.Then wet magnetic separation of-0.5mm particle size sample under the condition of 120kA/m magnetic field strength was carried out to obtain iron concentrate 2with a grade of 54.73%and a recovery rate of 11.31%.Compared with the traditional grinding and magnetic separation process,the qualified products are selected in time by taking advantage of the difference in hardness,which greatly saves energy and reduces the cost of beneficiation,and has certain industrial promotion value.
