摘  要:充填体假顶稳定性对矿岩软弱破碎、地应力高的地下矿山假顶下回采作业安全及矿山经济效益至关重要。以锦丰金矿所采用的上向水平分层进路充填采矿法所构筑的第一层充填体假顶为研究对象,运用薄板理论计算分析,获得了3个较为可取的充填体假顶结构参数优化方案。利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分别对3个优化方案进行模拟分析,获得了下一阶段充填体假顶下进路回采过程中充填体假顶应力场变化规律及位移场变化规律,并确定充填体假顶结构参数最优方案为方案三,即水泥掺量充填配比为30%、充填体假顶厚度为2.6m。研究结果为国内外类似矿山实际运用提供参考。The stability of backfill false roof is very important to the safety of stoping under false roof and the economic benefits for underground mines with soft broken ores and high geostress.Taking the first backfill false roof constructed by the upward horizontal slicing drift filling mining method in Jinfeng Gold Mine as the research object,three preferable schemes for optimizing the structural parameters of the backfill false roof were obtained by using the thin plate theory for calculation and analysis.The FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the three schemes respectively,and the change laws of the stress field and displacement field of the backfill false roof during the stoping under the false roof in the next stage were obtained.It is determined that the optimal scheme for the structural parameters is Scheme 3,that is,the filling ratio of cement content is 30%,and the thickness of the false roof is 2.6m.The research results can provide a reference for the practical application in similar mines at home and abroad.
