摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性共病老年人社会经济地位、健康促进生活方式、睡眠质量与生命质量的关系及内在作用机制,为其生命质量的提高提供参考。方法:采用一般情况调查表、健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-II)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和健康调查简表(SF-36),对1049名慢性共病老年人进行问卷调查。结果:慢性共病老年人的社会经济地位、健康促进生活方式、睡眠质量及生命质量两两之间呈显著相关;社会经济地位对生命质量的影响通过三条路径发生作用:(1)通过健康促进生活方式的独立中介作用;(2)通过睡眠质量的独立中介作用;(3)通过健康促进生活方式和睡眠质量的链式中介作用。结论:加强对慢性共病老年人健康促进生活方式与睡眠质量的干预和管理可有效提高其生命质量。Objective To discuss the relationship among the socio-economic status,health-promoting lifestyles,sleep quality and life quality of the elderly with chronic comorbidities,and the internal mechanism of action,and provide references for the improvement of life quality.Methods 1049 elderly people with chronic comorbidities were surveyed with questionnaires of the General Situation Questionnaire,Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale(HPLP-II),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Health Survey Brief(SF-36).Results The socio-economic status,health-promoting lifestyle,quality of sleep,and quality of life of the elderly with chronic comorbidities are significantly correlated.Socio-economic status can affect the quality of life independently or chained mediated by health promotion life-style and sleep quality.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the intervention and management of health promotion life-style and sleep quality of the elderly with chronic comorbidities to effectively improve their quality of life.
