摘 要:目的探析卵泡液回收加热系统对胚胎质量及体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)临床结局的影响。方法选择2020年6月至2021年10月在四川省妇幼保健院行IVF-ET的146例患者,按来院就诊次序随机分为对照组(未使用卵泡液回收加热系统,73例)和研究组(使用卵泡液回收加热系统,73例),比较两组胚胎质量和IVF-ET临床妊娠结局的差异,同时利用时差监控系统观测比较两组在胚胎发育速率的差异。结果两组正常受精率、多PN受精率、卵裂率、囊胚形成率、优质囊胚率以及胚胎发育速率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组卵裂率(96.34%vs 87.35%)和囊胚形成率(80.26%vs 73.11%)有所上升、多PN受精率(5.89%vs 9.33%)有下降趋势。研究组D3优质胚胎率(62.36%)和临床妊娠率(57.78%)高于对照组(43.87%,46.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在取卵过程中使用卵泡液回收加热系统可提高胚胎质量,改善IVF-ET临床结局。Objective To explore the effect of follicular fluid retrieval heating system on embryo quality and clinical outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods A total of 146 patients who underwent IVF-ET in Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to October 2021 were selected and according to the order of hospital visits,they were randomly divided into the control group(without using the follicular fluid retrieval heating system,73 cases)and the study group(using the follicular fluid retrieval heating system,73 cases),the differences in embryo quality and IVF-ET clinical pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups,and the differences in embryo development speed were observed and compared between the two groups using the time-lapse imaging system.Results There was no significant difference in the normal fertilization rate,multi-PN fertilization rate,cleavage rate,blastocyst formation rate,high-quality blastocyst rate and embryo development speed between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the cleavage rate(96.34%vs 87.35%)and blastocyst formation rate(80.26%vs 73.11%)in the study group increased,and the multi-PN fertilization rate(5.89%vs 9.33%)showed a downward trend.The D3 high-quality embryo rate(62.36%)and clinical pregnancy rate(57.78%)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(43.87%,46.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of follicular fluid retrieval heating system during egg retrieval can improve embryo quality and improve IVF-ET clinical outcomes.
