摘  要:为了实现丝/腈纶复合面料的回收再利用,对丝和腈纶的溶解顺序进行了研究,并对丝回收产物和腈纶回收产物进行了红外光谱和X射线衍射分析。研究结果表明:可使用氯化钙-乙醇-水体系溶解丝,KSCN-水体系溶解腈纶;对于含丝/腈纶复合面料的溶解顺序是优先溶解丝,再溶解腈纶。对丝的回收产物进行了静电纺丝,所纺纤维膜有望用作过滤材料。In order to realize the recycling and reusing of silk/acrylic composite fabric,the dissolution order of silk and acrylic fiber was studied,and the recovered products of silk and acrylic fiber were analyzed by infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction.The results show that calcium chloride-ethanol-water system can be used to dissolve silk,and KSCN-water system to dissolve acrylic fiber.For the silk/acrylic composite fabric,the dissolution order is to dissolve the silk first,and then the acrylic fiber.The recycled silk was electrospun and the spun fiber membrane was expected to be used as filter material.
