摘 要:对HF30F碳纤维用聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝的性能、原丝和碳纤维表面形貌等进行了测试分析,并系统探讨了预氧化、碳化工艺的调整对碳纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过碳化工艺中温度、牵伸比(张力)等多方面优化,能够将HF30F碳纤维的拉伸强度从不到5 000 MPa逐步提高至接近5 800 MPa,拉伸模量也可以同步提高至近310 GPa,充分证明了同一PAN原丝可通过碳化工艺调控,实现碳纤维力学性能在一定范围内的定制。The properties of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) precursors for HF30F carbon fiber,the surface morphology of the precursors and carbon fibers were tested and analyzed,the effect of pre-oxidation and carbonization process on the mechanical properties of carbon fibers was systematically discussed.The results show that the tensile strength of HF30F carbon fiber can be gradually increased from less than 5 000 MPa to close to 5 800 MPa,and the tensile modulus can also be simultaneously increased to close to 310 GPa by optimizing the temperature,draw ratio(tension) and other aspects in the carbonization process.It is also proved that the same PAN precursor can be customized to prepare carbon fibers in a certain range of mechanical properties only by carbonization process control.
