摘  要:为改善纯氧化锌(ZnO)在抗菌丙纶(PP)中添加量过高的问题,以纳米ZnO与Zn^(2+)为复合抗菌剂,以高初始模量的聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)为芯层,制备出了PP/PBT抗菌皮芯复合纤维及其针织布。结果表明:ZnO/Zn^(2+)复合抗菌剂的抗菌效果优于纯纳米ZnO,高初始模量PBT为芯层的皮芯结构的设计,实现了抗菌剂的高效利用,从而在较少抗菌剂添加量的情况下,制备出了抗菌性能良好、具有较高强度及硬挺度的PP/PBT抗菌皮芯复合纤维。In order to improve the problem of high addition of pure zinc oxide (ZnO) in antibacterial polypropylene(PP),the antibacterial sheath-core composite PP/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) fibers and its knitted fabric were prepared with nano Zn^(2+) O and Zn^(2+)as composite antibacterial agent and high initial modulus PBT as core layer.The results show that the antibacterial effect of Zn^(2+) O/Zn^(2+)composite antibacterial agent is better than that of pure nano Zn^(2+) O.The sheath-core structure with high initial modulus PBT as core layer realizes the efficient utilization of antibacterial agent.Therefore,under the condition of less addition of antibacterial agent,antibacterial sheath-core composite PP/PBT fibers with good antibacterial performance,high strength and stiffness are prepared.
