摘  要:可控震源底盘的组成主要有以下几大部分:发动机部分、分动箱、驱动液压系统、变速箱、传动轴、驱动桥以及车架部分,其中分动箱在可控震源传动系统中的作用主要是将发动机的动力按一定的传动比分配给2个或3个液压泵,为震源的前、后驱动泵和振动泵提供动力源。分动箱是靠弹性联轴器接收发动机飞轮传来的动力,并带动分动箱的输入轴转动。近几年分动箱弹性联轴器损坏较多,严重影响了震源施工效率。本文重点讲述了震源分动箱弹性联轴器出现的故障,并对故障原因进行了分析,提出了故障监测方法,该方法可以有效预防此类故障发生。Vibroseis chassis consists of the following major parts:engine part,transfer case,drive hydraulic system,transmission,drive shaft,drive axle and frame part,where the role of the transfer case in the vibroseis drive system is mainly to distribute the engine power to two or three hydraulic pumps according to a certain ratio to provide power sources for the front and rear drive pumps and vibration pumps of the vibroseis.The transfer box relies on the flexible coupling to receive the power from the engine flywheel and drive the input shaft of the transfer box to rotate.In recent years,the transfer box flexible coupling has been damaged more often,which has seriously affected the construction efficiency of the vibroseis.In this paper,we focus on the faults of the vibroseis transfer box flexible coupling,and analyze the causes of the faults,and propose a fault monitoring method,which can effectively prevent such faults from occurring.
