摘　　要：早产儿生理功能发育不成熟,常因经口喂养不足而延迟出院。该文围绕促进早产儿经口喂养的重要性、非营养性乳房吸吮在促进其经口喂养中的作用、非营养性乳房吸吮的实施方法及注意事项等进行综述,同时分析了国内开展非营养性乳房吸吮可能面临的困难与挑战,并提出相应的建议,旨在为临床改进早产儿经口喂养护理策略提供参考。Premature infants with immature physiological function often delay discharge due to poor oral feeding ability.This paper summarized the importance of promoting oral feeding of premature infants,the role of non-nutritive breast sucking in promoting oral feeding,the implementations and precautions of non-nutritive breast sucking.The difficulties and challenges that may exist by developing non-nutritive breast sucking in China were also presented in this review.The corresponding suggestions were advanced to provide references for clinical improvement of oral feeding strategies of premature infants.
