摘 要:通过分析大规格冷镦钢盘条表面褶皱缺陷的形貌,探讨了褶皱形成的原因。采取优化粗轧孔型和提高开轧温度降低了粗轧3#孔型的变形量以及提高了铸坯变形温度,从而改善铸坯角部金属变形,避免褶皱的产生。通过降低粗轧3#孔型的变形量和提高开轧温度,φ24 mm的ML40Cr冷镦钢盘条的褶皱最大深度由0.11 mm降低至0.06 mm,1/3冷顶镦试验开裂比例由35%降至4%。By analyzing the morphology of wrinkle defects on the surface of large-sized cold heading steel wire rods, the causes of wrinkle formation were discussed. By optimizing the rough rolling pass and increasing the rolling start temperature,the deformation of the rough rolling 3#pass is reduced and the deformation temperature of the slab is increased, thereby improving the deformation of the metal at the corner of the slab and avoiding the generation of wrinkles. By reducing the deformation of the rough rolling 3#pass and increasing the rolling temperature, the maximum wrinkle depth of ML40Cr cold heading steel wire rod with a diameter of φ24 mm is reduced from 0.11 mm to 0.06 mm, and the cracking ratio of 1/3 cold top heading test is reduced from 35% to 4%.
