摘  要:为了研究锻造对建筑耐候钢性能的影响,本文对热轧09CuPCrNi建筑耐候钢试件进行了锻造试验,进行了耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能的测试,并与未锻造试样进行对比。采用扫描电镜对试样表面腐蚀形貌和表面磨损形貌进行了分析。结果表明:与未锻造试样相比,锻后09CuPCrNi建筑耐候钢试样在室温的腐蚀电位正移了79 m V,室温磨损试验15 min后磨损体积减小了6.3×10^(-3)mm^(3)。锻造显著提高了09CuPCrNi建筑耐候钢的耐腐蚀性能和耐磨损性能。In order to study the effect of forging on the properties of building weathering steel, the hot-rolled 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel samples were forged, and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the samples were tested and compared with those without forging. The surface corrosion morphology and wear morphology of the samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the corrosion potential of the forged 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel sample is shifted by 79 m V at room temperature, and the wear volume is reduced by 6.3×10^(-3)mm^(3)after 15 min wear test at room temperature. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of 09CuPCrNi building weathering steel are significantly improved by forging.
