摘  要:通过试验对激光拼焊板的成形性能进行研究,主要分析了差厚拼焊板厚度比和焊缝位置对材料成形性能的影响。对0.6/1.2、1.0/1.2、1.2/1.2 mm的3种不同厚度比的DX53D+Z钢进行了杯突和胀形试验,通过调整冲头与焊缝的位置获得不同的薄、厚板料的占比,并测量杯突值IE和极限拱顶高度。对试验过程中材料的失效部位和焊缝的移动量等进行了分析。结果表明:拼焊板的成形能力比母材的差。厚度差是影响拼焊板成形能力的重要因素,厚度差越大成形能力越差。随着焊缝从冲头中心向两侧偏移量增大,IE值先减小后增大,并且厚板料占比更大时,IE值更高。在胀形试验时,随着厚度差的增大,材料的应变路径向平面应变方式转移,从而降低了材料的成形能力。The formability of tailor-welded blanks(TWB)was investigated by experiment, and the influence of thickness ratio and weld position on formability of TWB was mainly analyzed. Cupping and bulging experiments were carried out on DX53D+Z steel plates with three different thickness ratios of 0.6/1.2,1.0/1.2 and 1.2/1.2 mm. By adjusting the position between the punch and weld seam, the proportion of thin and thick sheet metal was obtained, and the cup value IE and the limiting dome height were measured. The failure positions of the material and the movement of the weld during the test were analyzed. The results show that the formability of TWB is worse than that of base materials. Thickness difference is an important factor affecting the formability, a greater difference in thickness results in a worse formability.With the increase of the amount of the weld shifting from the center of the punch, the IE value decreases first and then increases, and when the proportion of thick sheet metal is larger, the IE value is higher. In the bulging experiment, with the increase of thickness difference, the strain path of the material is transferred to the plane strain mode, which reduces the forming ability of the material.
