摘  要:基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台,对6061铝合金环形铸坯热辗扩成形过程进行热力耦合模拟,分析环形坯热辗扩成形过程应变场、温度场及力能参数变化规律。着重探讨芯辊进给速度、初始辗扩温度和摩擦因子对环件成形过程的影响。结果表明:当进给速度增加时,环件温度、辗扩力和辗扩力矩增加,内、外表层应变降低,中层增大;当初始辗扩温度升高时,环件温度增加,应变、辗扩力和辗扩力矩降低;当摩擦因子增大时,应变稍微降低,对温度影响较小,辗扩力和辗扩力矩增加。环件内、外层晶粒尺寸比中层细小,外层晶粒略小于内层;环件的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达到320 MPa、285 MPa和15%。Based on the ABAQUS/Explicit platform, the thermo-mechanical coupling simulationof hot ring rolling process of a 6061 aluminum alloy ring casting blank was carried out, and the change law of the strain field, temperature field and force-energy parameters of annular billet during hot ring rolling was analyzed. The effects of mandral’s feeding speed,initial rolling temperature and friction factor on the forming process of the ring parts were mainly discussed. The results show that when the feed rate increases, the temperature, rolling force and rolling torque of the ring parts increase, the strain of inner and outer layers decreases, and the middle layer increases;When the initial rolling temperature increases, the ring temperature increases and the strain, rolling force and rolling torque decrease;When the friction factor increases, the strain decreases slightly, the influence on temperature is small, and the rolling force and torque increase. The grain size of the inner and outer layers of the ring is smaller than that of the middle layer, and the outer layer grain size is slightly smaller than that of the inner layer;the tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of the ring parts reaches 320 MPa,285 MPa and 15%, respectively.
