摘 要:钛基钎料现已成为钛合金或特殊高温合金材料钎焊连接的首选钎料。本文系统介绍了钛合金的应用、焊接方法、钎焊技术优势和主要钎焊料的研究现状,详细总结了钛基钎料发展历程和钛基非晶箔带钎料的优势,重点分析了钛基粉末钎料制备方法和非晶箔带钎料制备原理及过程,列举了钛基钎料在钛合金散热器领域中的应用现状,展望了新型钛基钎料的发展趋势。Titanium-based filler metal has now become the preferred materials for brazing joining of titanium alloys or special superalloys. The application, welding methods of titanium alloys, technical advantages of brazing and research status of main brazing materials were systematically introduced. The development history of titanium-based filler metals and the advantages of titanium-based amorphous foil ribbon filler metals were summarized in detail. The preparation method of titanium-based powder filler metal and the preparation principle and process of amorphous foil ribbon filler metal were mainly analyzed. The application status of titanium-based filler metal in the field of titanium alloy heat sinks was listed. The development trend of new titanium-based filler metals was prospected.
