摘  要:阐述密闭爆发器实验过程难以观察、实验安全性等问题导致的教学效果差的问题。基于虚拟现实技术,联合三维建模与仿真,设计并开发了一款运行操作方便、交互功能强的密闭爆发器虚拟仿真实验教学平台。基于UG实现常用密闭爆发器各个构建以及火药的三维建模,采用Matlab编写密闭爆发器中内弹道压力求解程序,以Unity 3D虚拟仿真环境为开发引擎,完成了密闭爆发器虚拟仿真实验平台的功能设计与开发。结果表明,密闭爆发器虚拟仿真实验平台展示了密闭爆发器实验全过程,可以直观清晰观察密闭爆发器中各个构件的组成结构以及火药在密闭爆发器中燃烧时的状态,实现了各类火药装药燃烧后的气体压力随时间变化的P-t曲线。This paper expounds the problems of poor teaching effect caused by the difficult observation of the process of closed bomb experiment and the safety of the experiment.Based on virtual reality technology,combined with 3D modeling and simulation,a closed bomb virtual simulation experimental teaching platform with convenient operation and strong interaction function is designed and developed.Based on UG,each construction of commonly used closed bomb and three-dimensional modeling of gunpowder are realized.The internal ballistic pressure solution program in the closed bomb is compiled using Matlab.With Unity 3D virtual simulation environment as the development engine,the functional design and development of the closed bomb virtual simulation experimental platform are completed.The results show that the closed bomb virtual simulation experiment platform shows the whole process of the closed bomb experiment,and can intuitively and clearly observe the composition and structure of each component in the closed bomb and the state of gunpowder when burning in the closed bomb,realizing the P-t curve of gas pressure changes with time after the combustion of various gunpowder charges.
