摘　　要：阐述分级评估指标体系,采用模糊综合评判模型方法计算网络事件指数,涵盖语义、数量、广度、时间等要素,对网络事件态势进行全方位评估,使指数计算值更精确。This paper describes the hierarchical evaluation index system,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to calculate the network event index,which covers such elements as semantics,quantity,breadth,time,etc.,to comprehensively evaluate the network event situation,so as to make the calculated value of the index more accurate.
